Commissioning me is meant as agreeing and understanding all of the terms. Make sure you read it carefully to avoid any problems.✿ Agreement• Please give credit to Jinnie or ImJinnie and do not claim it as your own works.• I have the right to stream commission works through my own social platform (Twitch: ImJinnie_). You can let me know if you would prefer to keep it secret.• Do not use my drafts to create your own work.• Do not permit the use of my commission works for AI training.• All Vtuber work is considered commercial use.✿ Deposit and Refund• You will get a queue when you transfer the deposit.• I will do commission work after receiving a 50% deposit of the total price.• If you cancel commission work before it starts, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.• I reserve the right not to refund the deposit if the work has been started (step 2: lineart).✿ Commission Procedure• My commission process has 3 steps:
1. Sketching
2. Lineart
3. Coloring• When I finish each step, I will update to you.• In step 1, you can edit as many times as you want• In steps 2-3, you are allowed to edit only 3 times per step. If you edit more than that, you will be charged 50 baht per editing.Except I draw something incomplete or missing something, there will be no charge for editing.
